Founded in 1981, Zhejiang Jinda New
Materials Co.,Ltd. is wholly equipped with international advanced
equipment of German warp knitting machines, It alian
coating and finishing machines.
Jinda Corporation is appointed as one of the key high-tech enterprises
by National Torch Project. The corporation lays a great emphasis on
new technology innovation and integration of production, learning
and research. As a result, the Jinda Composite research Institute
of New Technical Textiles and Tianjin Polytechnic University R&D
Center for New Technical Materials of Zhejiang Jinda Corporation were
established in 1996.
The manufacturing and service of Jinda Corporation's warp knitted
geosynthetic, mesh fabric, warp knitted garment fabric, synthetic
leather and coated fabric has been approved by ISO9001:2000 Quality
and Management System Attestation. Warp knitted geogrid, Warp Knitted
Composite Geotextile and Warp Knitted Composite Geomembrane products
are awarded as key national new products, high-tech products of Zhejiang
Province and international popular products. A piece of applicable
and new type patent is also obtained in 1998.

At presnt, we have the following divisions contributed to different
series of products
1. Warp Knitted Garment Fabric Division:
Establised in 1981, professionally produces W.K (warp knitted) tricot,
such as Micro Suede, Spandex elastic fabric, satin fabric, reticulation
cloth,corduroy ,flannelette
for Underware, Swimwear,Outwear Fasion, Furniture Cover as well as
Recreational Toys .
2.Warp Knitted Geosynthetics Division:
Founded in 1996, based on JINDA's warp knitting technology and the
researching power of JINDA R& D Center, we have invented W.K Geogrid,
WK. Composite Geomembrane, W.K Composite Geotextile. These three products
has the registered patent in China. Out geosynthetics are extensively
applied for road/rail way soft base reinforcement ,asphalt road surface
reinforcement, retaining wall reinforcement, water conservancy drainage
and landfill anti seepage etc.
3.Transfer Coating Division
Started in 1998 by importing 2 trasfer coating line and one coagulating
line from Europe, professionally producing hi quality PU beathable
fabric, Micro Fiber PU coating artificial leather as well as Hi Visibility
PU coated protective fabic. The application is fashion apparel, sofa
coat, bags and industrial protective suits.
4.Direct Coating Division
Beginning from 1998, this div is is equiped with 2 European direct
coated lines, specialized in PVC coated technical textiles, such as
PVC Coated Tarpaulin , PVC Coated Mesh, PVC Coated frontlit / backlit
lamp box fabric and solvent ink jeting fabrics which is widely used
for truck cover / side curtain, inflatable recreation toys, tents,
inflatable skiff, textile construction, advertisement digital printing
media and civil engineering waterproof projects.
5.Composite Fabrics Division
Setted up in 2001, professional producing Glassfiber, Carbon Fiber,
Aramid Fiber unidirectional / biaxial / multiaxial stitching fabrics
( NCF, non crimp fabrics) for boat building, wind turbine blade, automobile,
recreational sporting equipment, construction repairing as well as
bulletproof purpose. |
