Mar.1994 Haining JINDA merged Haining Fuxin Wool Sweater and become
a social welfare company, Meantime, renamed to Haining JINDA Warp
Knitted Fabrics Gerneral Company Ltd.
Apr.1998 Haining JINDA industrialized warp knited Geosynthetics and
rename to Zhejiang JINDA Geosynthetics Co.,Ltd. The main business
is changing to tech textile gradually.
Jul. 1998 Established an Joint Venture of Haining JIEMA Hi-Tech Coated
fabrics Co.,Ltd. with MATEX, Italy.
Mar.2001 JINDA and JIEMA approvaled by ISO9002. ( Now changed to ISO9001:2000)
Nov.2001 Redistributing JINDA assets and established joint-stock company,
Zhejiang JINDA New Materials Co.,Ltd.
